I have to move back to Japan in one month since I have got an offer in Japan and I have tendered resignation to my current company.
Thus I have to give up my favorite room, condo @ Orchard, balmoral Rd. Good cost, Convenient location! while market rate for the same location, same quality of room is S$1,500.

Since this is very good offer many msg for inquiry would be expected though, I will try to reply asap, however in case I may not be able to do so, I will post again for answer of questions and confirming the date to open for viewing.
Also I have some furniture and electric device I would like to sell is as following however if you want to take over this room and prefer to keep those item I will keep them for you.

[Details of the Room]

• Rent S$1,200/Mo, 1 year contract (2 month notice to leave)
• 1 Master room, (4 bed room) Condo, 4th Floor, located on  Balmoral Rd
• ONLY one stop from Orchard MRT, (bus stop from near DFS)
• Bus no.190, 105, 132 - Nearest bus stop is 1min walk from the Condo.
• Dedicated bathroom with bathtub 
• Portable Aircon installed (Installed sealing aircon is broken)
• Very big living and dining room, Kitchen, (shared)
• All kitchen item are provided (shared)
• A big refrigerator is installed in the kitchen (shared) 
• No other share mate in this room but 4 other flat mates (all male) living for other rooms.
• This room will be available from 30th Apr. 
• Owner is not willing to rent 2 people for this room 
• Free WiFi Internet access provided but PUB excluded and shared by the other mates.
• A big closet is installed but no other furniture, a bed is not provided.  
• Viewing is available after 6pm weekday. 

[Added]

• Other tenants are Malaysian Chinese, Indonesian, Philippino. They are all working as professional. 
• This Condo facilitate Swimming pool (neither Gym nor tennis court)
• Bed is not provided. (but I will ask main tenant to buy if you need it)
• Laundromat, electric vacuum, iron and iron table are all provided. 
• The items below such as sofa and TV, DVD player can be sold to you if you are keen.

• WiFi Internetは無料でついていますが、PUBは他のメイトとシェアになります。
• 他のルームメイトは、マレーシアチャイニーズ2人、インドネシア1人、フィリピーノ1人、全員男性です。
• クローゼットはありますが、ベッドはりません。
• 部屋を見にこられる方は、平日は仕事があるので、19時以降にお願いします。

• 家賃がS$1,200 に変更になりましたが、綺麗に使って頂いて、且つオーナーが感じのいい方だと判断した場合は、値下げ交渉も可能だそうです。
• 引越しに伴なうセールのため、ルームを引き継がれる方が、下記アイテムを必要とされる場合は、そちらを優先する場合もございますので、何卒ご了承ください。
• IKEA Table、Philip DVD player、Shoe case とBikeは確定とさせていただきます。
• 男性だらけですが、マナーが良く、他のメイトはキッチンも殆ど使わないので、自由に使えていますし、ランドリーもあまりコンフリクトする事なく使えています。
